I cannot fault the professionalism of all at WSDAC, and I am more than grateful for all the help and support I received throughout the assessment process. Thank you so much, K********, for all your kindness, understanding and support during the assessment, and for putting me at my ease, despite my anxiety around the assessment situation. Very many thanks for your thorough assessment, and the understanding and professionalism demonstrated in your report. I am deeply grateful for the extremely positive outcome, as the support I will now be receiving will be invaluable throughout my University journey. Thank you, Caroline, for being so willing to consider, and quick to action, the minor adjustments I requested to the draft copy report, before issuing the final report. Many thanks, Matt, for dealing with all my enquiries so efficiently, whilst also in a friendly manner - and for being so understanding of my issues with technology, even when it meant I submitted the same information several times in a row!
